This large villa enjoys the proportions

of classical architecture but built and

finished in a contemporary style.

  This was the first of several

residential projects in Moscow

by Keech Green, who worked with

local architects and project managers

to create a luxurious interior

for this impressive property.

 

Extremes of hot and cold between the

seasons presented a significant design

challenge, demanding a home that

could be snug in winter, despite its

grand proportions, yet cool and airy

in summer.

Oak, suede and cashmere clads the

walls, creating warmth and intimacy.

The mood is altered in summer by

changes of upholstery and curtain

fabrics to cool linens. Grand entertaining

rooms are embellished with luxurious

black and white marble floors in

Modern Deco style.
