This palatial new-build 6,000 square foot

apartment overlooking rolling parkland

in central London was completed

early 2010.

 

Keech Green totally remodelled the

apartment’s interior, leaving only the

windows and elevator in their original

positions. An impressive hallway running

virtually the entire length of the apartment

was laid with hand-selected Italian

marble. Huge round domes were placed

in the ceiling to allow natural light to flood

key rooms, which are connected by vast,

oversized double doors.

Detailed and extensive joinery and

cornicing combine with an innovative

lighting scheme, and the once stark walls

have been finished with luxurious silk

and suede wall coverings.

to create a total design solution.
