One of the first major projects to be

completed by Keech Green, this

detached park-side mansion underwent

a complete overhaul. All internal walls

and floors were removed and the

square footage was significantly

increased by removing the rear façade

of the property, which now extends

into the garden.

 

 

The clients had young children and

wanted a house that was neither

minimalist nor traditional, offering an

impressive entertaining space as well

as a comfortable home for the family.

The house reflects these needs, with

the ground and first floors adopting

the Modern Deco style, combining a

masculine edge with luxurious material

finishes to soften the look.

The lower ground floor and upper floors

are decorated in a more relaxed style.
